Reiki for all

All living beings can benefit from Reiki. I work with Reiki healing energy & people and animals to become energetically balanced — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki is a wonderful tool for every living thing; it complements other types of medical and therapeutic treatments, and it can increase the efficacy of other types of healing.

I currently share Reiki with people, dogs, cats & horses regularly. I have worked with sheep, donkeys, goats and other farm animals.

Reiki with me can be scheduled for in person or a distance session.

This journey with Reiki turned to KNK Energy as my way of offering Healing Energy to humans and animals. Grounding and balancing energy as a channel to bring life force “Ki” back into alignment. Reiki can ONLY be positive. I have used it to promote mental clarity, relieve pain and discomfort, relieve depression, strengthen self esteem, intuition & self awareness, aid in healing from surgery and medical treatments, increase blood flow and circulation, release toxins, help in relaxation and improve sleep.

Since animals are very sensitive to energy, in this relaxed state of being, telepathic communication and intuitive impressions flow naturally and easily to me. “Honing my empathic skills to communicate with animals and their human companions has been so rewarding!” Creating healing and deeper understanding between this incredible interspecies bond really is a gift (and a skill in progress). Working to help with performance, anxiety, origin questions, behavioral patterns are things that help transform relationships to benefit both the animal and their companions lives.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki is a method of healing that dates back to about 2500 years, but was forgotten about for a long time. In the nineteenth century the system was rediscovered by a man called Dr Mikao Usui.

It all started with a “happy healing hat”

Custom Hats Made w/Love

Being a life long creator, artist and spiritual gangster led to me creating a happy hat for my BFF’s recovery from a challenging surgery. Something for her “long road” she was traveling.

How it started: Anytime I needed a pick me up on my move across country, I put on this crazy old cowboy hat I called my “happy hat.” It was so silly, but it made me less sad because I knew it came from the same place I was and I wasn’t really alone. (Mostly, I looked ridiculous so it made me laugh.) The Thelma and Louise road trip/move was the beginning of happy hats for me and my BFF.

How it’s going: So many people stopped her on her first outing after her surgery to ask about her hat, and not why she had on a huge brace or was walking so slow... she was Happy! So I thought I should make more.... as soon as I posted some new creations, people commented, clamored and the Grateful Cowgirl (me) was Happy to share more ideas and artistry. Now I add personalization to my designs so each one is a unique creation and so special!
